Our product JiGSO Listen was created because we realised that CEOs and HR leaders were not able to have the full impact they’ve been working towards. Simple employee survey tools only capture part of the story. Other HR activities and software tools only focus on the individual and forget the fact that an underperforming team can hold back a high-performing employee.

JiGSO was formed by the coming together of an HR consultancy firm (Beanmachine) and a Machine Learning agency (Motulus).
