Feedback Circle

The feedback circle is a great exercise to discover the power of giving and receiving feedback. It’s goal is to foster personal and team growth through reflection and an open conversation.

What's it all about?

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀? 🧐

In a 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲, team members provide each other with constructive feedback about their performance, behavior, or interactions – helping everyone to identify strengths and areas for improvement. The feedback is focused on behaviors, not personalities, and it’s given in a spirit of openness and honesty.

At JiGSO, we are firm believers of this team development exercise, as it creates a structured and safe space for team members to provide feedback to each other in a constructive and respectful way.
